Coldera plunges ship freight to the continental United States. You'll receive tracking and a scheduling call from the carrier for delivery. Most orders ship within 3–7 business days.
Returns
If your plunge isn't right for you, contact our US-based support team within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping on large freight items may apply.
Damaged in transit?
Inspect your unit on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, take photos and contact us right away and we'll make it right.
